At Aritzia, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Service Advisor in our Retail Stores. Our Service Advisors provide our customers with assistance and advice in finding the perfect products to meet their individual needs. In this role, you will work with customers to help them select items, answer any questions, and provide excellent customer service.The ideal candidate for this position has a strong interest in fashion, knowledge of current trends, and an appreciation for the Aritzia brand. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a knack for problem-solving. You must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their individual needs
Provide advice and recommendations to customers on current fashion trends
Offer excellent customer service to all customers
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any problems
Ensure accuracy when selecting items and completing transactions
Remain up-to-date on the Aritzia brand and products
Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Adhere to all store policies and procedures
Uphold a high level of store cleanliness and organization
