Aritzia is looking for a motivated Inventory Associate to join our Retail Stores team. We are in search of an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to take on the essential task of managing our inventory and ensuring that we consistently provide the highest quality of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and customer service, an excellent eye for detail, and a passion for providing high-quality customer service. Responsibilities of an Inventory Associate:
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of products in our retail stores.
• Track inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing products are accurately recorded.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of stock levels, locations, and pricing.
• Monitor product availability and adjust order quantities to meet customer demand.
• Assist in the setup and organization of product displays and shelves.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing guidance on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
