The successful candidate must be a fashion-savvy individual who is committed to providing outstanding customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping environment. This individual will be highly organized and have a positive attitude, as well as a passion for the Aritzia brand.The Style Advisor will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to all customers while representing the Aritzia brand. This individual will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Represent the Aritzia brand in a positive, professional manner
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Keep up to date on fashion trends and current styles
• Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and provide styling advice
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Remain knowledgeable about Aritzia products and collections
• Actively participate in special promotional events and sales initiatives
• Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and suggestions
