About the Role
• Coordinate delivery and pickup operations to meet store demand with no delay;
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery;
• Communicate with stakeholders on special requests and projects;
• Provide front-line support to supervisors and operation managers;
• Review transportation shipping issues with stores and communicate;
• Modify load plans as required;
• Coordinate special requests and handle exceptions;
• Update payments and invoicing in the system;
• Generate reports on accumulation tracking, load plans, and regional warehouse inventory;
