• Looking for barbers to work at both SHAWNESSY and DEERFOOT MEADOWS locations*

As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform hair styling services, and contribute to the overall success of our shop.
Duties:
– Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
– Perform beard trims and shaves
– Offer hair coloring and highlighting services
– Assist clients in choosing the right hairstyle or treatment based on their preferences and facial features
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
– Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
– Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development
Qualifications:
· Red Seal/Certified Barber or Stylist or completing Apprenticeship
· Demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
· Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests
· Great customer service skills – can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
