Role: Data Center Operations Technician
Location: Calgary
Type: 1 year contract On-Site
Security: Secret Clearance OR you have lived in Canada for 10+ years
Must Have
• Demonstrated experience in installation and power-up (Rack & Stack) of servers, peripherals, and network equipment
• Experience and exposure in IT Operations work including the operational capabilities and typical challenges of data center operations
• Understanding of cabling infrastructure, as well as, maintaining documentation of newly installed infrastructure devices
• Experience with data center facilities infrastructure, such as HVAC, service entrances, UPS, etc.
• Coordinate onsite support of third-party contractors performing infrastructure projects, preventative maintenance, or testing
