Role Summary:

• Lead the bank’s AI initiatives, focusing on innovation, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing operations.
• Oversee AI model development, implementation, and ethical AI use.
• Drive the integration of AI technologies to improve internal processes and customer services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Application & Integration:
   • Lead AI model fine-tuning and system prototyping to enhance operations and customer experience.
   • Create datasets for AI model development and evaluation.
2. Governance & Policy Development:
   • Oversee AI policies, vendor selection, use case evaluation, and project approvals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring successful AI adoption.
   • Collaborate with IT, operations, and data teams to implement AI tools.
4. AI Strategy & Leadership:
   • Lead AI strategy, execution, and adoption across the organization.
   • Provide expertise on AI project proposals and implementations.
5. Monitoring & Metrics:
   • Establish AI metrics, KPIs, and reporting to track development progress.
   • Monitor external AI trends and competitive positioning.
6. Training & Education:
   • Lead workshops on AI and model evaluation.
   • Promote a culture of learning and innovation regarding AI.
7. Compliance & Risk Management:
   • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and develop a responsible AI framework.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML model lifecycle management.
  • 3+ years in AI/ML deployment, ideally in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and security best practices.
  • Leadership in driving AI initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge:
  • Extensive knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST AI).
