Job Description

The Team Lead will provide support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Leading and supervising store associates.
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
• Conducting managers on duty tasks.
• Implementing and maintaining visual merchandizing standards.
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
