They should have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Provide helpful product advice based on current fashion trends
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions they may have
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills when dealing with customer issues
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Collaborate with other store associates to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience
Process payments and handle returns/exchanges
Maintain store inventory and restock items as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
