Requirements

  • Experience working with children with special needs

  • Patience and understanding

  • Ability to adapt teaching methods

  • Strong communication skills

  • Collaboration with parents and staff

  • Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs)

  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors

  • Knowledge of special education laws

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field

  • Certification in Special Education

  • Experience working with diverse learners

  • Knowledge of assistive technology

  • Ability to develop tailored lesson plans

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to handle classroom challenges

  • First Aid and CPR certified

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in implementing IEPs
