Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Serving Staff to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely service.
• Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Process cash handling transactions efficiently while providing excellent guest services.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their dining experience.

Skills
• Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is preferred.
• Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
• A helpful attitude towards guests and team members alike.
• Experience in cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
