Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Provide attentive guest services, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
