Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager for Canada Business Planning, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and leading annual operating plans, working collaboratively with partner teams to align on subscriber, revenue, fixed and variable costs, and profit targets for Canada.
2. Driving the quarterly guidance process by analyzing trends, preparing performance summaries, and providing revised projections with recommended adjustments based on actualized business performance.
3. Managing monthly business outlook by assessing key risks and opportunities, evaluating business and category conditions, and recommending mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
4. Overseeing monthly goal reviews by tracking KPI progress, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and communicating achievement status to leadership.
5. Coordinating weekly business reviews through performance updates, operational metric monitoring, and cross-functional team coordination.
6. Publishing comprehensive competitive intelligence analyses to country leadership on category dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry trends for key stakeholders.
7. Partnering with operations teams to optimize in-stock management, ensuring inventory alignment with forecasts and maintaining service level targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree
– 5+ years of experience in product or program management, business planning, or data analytics
– Experience with forecasting and working with large data sets
– Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads, while maintaining high attention to detail
– Process-oriented mindset and ability to lead, problem solve, and get things done

Bonus Qualifications

– Master’s degree in Business or Economics
– Track record of driving results through continuous improvement
– Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
