• Support other departments as needed, participating in cross-functional initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk or reservations in a hotel or related industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a pleasant telephone voice.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills, with familiarity with hospitality software preferred.
