Position: Sales Consultant
Role Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales:
   • Deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling.
   • Understand the features and benefits of all Travelex products.
   • Achieve individual KPIs and targets.
2. Compliance & Procedures:
   • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and customer service standards.
   • Handle cash and manage till stocks.
   • Investigate discrepancies (over/short) and report findings.
3. Teamwork & Store Presentation:
   • Maintain high standards of store presentation and contribute to team success.
   • Complete required training on time.

Experience & Skills:

1. Relevant Experience:
   • Retail, cash handling, and/or banking experience.
   • Good numerical and computer skills.
2. Customer Service:
   • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handling routine tasks with accuracy.
   • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
3. Flexibility & Communication:
   • Flexibility to work different shifts and locations.
   • Proficient in English.
