Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet hotel standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring that all items are stocked and presented neatly.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors in guest rooms and hallways.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in the cleaning of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as required.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with custodial or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week
