As a successful candidate, you will be a strong problem solver with a keen eye for detail and well-developed communication and analytical skills.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or a related field and at least two years of relevant risk experience in the retail industry. A proven track record of successfully managing internal risk policies and processes is also preferred. Responsibilities:
Analyze, identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the company.
Develop and manage internal risk policies and processes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Provide advice and guidance to the team on risk-related issues.
Develop reports and presentations on risk analysis and assessment.
Collaborate with other departments to develop risk management strategies and solutions.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with risk management processes.
Participate in the development of new products and services by assessing associated risks.
Facilitate risk management training for staff and management.
Monitor changes in industry regulations and standards and recommend necessary changes to the risk management processes.
