Risk Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Risk Associate to join our team at Aritzia! Our Risk Associates are responsible for helping to protect our business from potential risks. As a Risk Associate, you will be integral to the success of our organization.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills. You will need to have a deep understanding of risk management principles and be able to identify and address potential risks with a proactive approach. Responsibilities of a Risk Associate at Aritzia:

Analyze and assess potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.

Monitor and analyze risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

Identify and analyze potential areas of risk and develop strategies for risk reduction.

Monitor and report on risk management activities and results.

Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management.

Maintain and update risk management databases.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on risk management issues.

Provide advice and training to staff on risk management practices.

Keep abreast of industry developments, trends and best practices in risk management.
