Retail Stores – Inventory Associate

At Aritzia, we are looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team of fashion-forward retail professionals. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is highly organized and has a keen eye for detail. We want someone who brings a commitment to customer service excellence and a passion for fashion to their role.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team and to contribute to the success of the store. We seek a candidate who has a successful track record in retail, great customer service skills, and a commitment to excellence.Qualifications:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills- Experience with inventory tracking and merchandise management- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for fashion, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory and merchandise management.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods and replenishment of stock.
Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Monitor inventory levels and respond to stock needs in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product selections and provide information about product features and benefits.
Organize and manage store shelves to ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Monitor store security and take appropriate action when necessary.
Assist with store merchandising and promotional activities.
