We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team at Aritzia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, monitoring inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re passionate about fashion and have a knack for problem-solving, then this could be the perfect role for you!To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of inventory experience, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You must also be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently. Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels in the inventory and adjust as necessary.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counting and reconciliation.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and issues.
Multi-task, prioritize, and work independently to achieve daily goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor retail products and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any inventory-related issues.
