At 1 Hotels, we’re seeking a talented Restaurant & Pool Supervisor (Seasonal) to join our team at Harriet’s Rooftop. This dynamic individual will champion our values of excellence, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
As a seasoned leader with a passion for food and beverage, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and pool area. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you’ll work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and maintain the highest standards of quality.
We’re looking for someone who is not only an expert in their field but also a people person – able to motivate and inspire our team members to deliver outstanding results. If you’re a natural leader with a flair for creativity and a love of luxury hospitality, we want to hear from you
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a luxury or hospitality setting
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement
