As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in protecting, promoting and restoring health and wellness for patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and support physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients, friends and families.
• Mentor assigned team members, promote best practices and maintain professional disposition at all times.
You will work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to provide care coordination across the continuum.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
• American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification prior to start date of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems and Microsoft applications.
