Job Summary
As a receptionist, you will be the heart of the residence. You will be responsible for greeting visitors and residents and directing them. You will receive and forward phone calls and provide general information. You will support the management of the residence and perform administrative tasks aimed at contributing to the management of daily activities.
Requirements
• Experience in a similar environment or a combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered;
• Excellence in customer service;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently;
• Demonstrate and promote a culture and environment based on Chartwell’s values, defined by R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
