About the Role:
The Workforce Optimization team at Amazon is responsible for developing innovative platforms and products to automate labor management and staffing decisions across processes and functions at our global fulfillment network locations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Product Manager Tech, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our workforce optimization solutions. This includes distilling clear requirements from diverse stakeholders, conducting market research and usability studies, and performing competitive analysis to identify the right solutions.
You will work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver large or significant features successfully. Your efforts will result in measurable improvements to your customer’s experience. You will own defining the strategic vision for major features or a product, establishing a roadmap, and have a track record of successfully driving engineering teams to deliver on that vision.
