We operate storefronts and food trailers and are known for bringing top-quality fresh and frozen seafood across Alberta and beyond. Our West Edmonton location is busy, fast-paced, and fun and we’re looking to add a reliable extra set of hands to help us behind the scenes.
Summary
We’re hiring a Part-Time Shop Assistant to join our team at the West Edmonton location, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays, with possible extra shifts during the week. This role focuses on preparing takeout orders like our popular lobster rolls, restocking seafood, bagging product, and supporting general shop operations. While the position is based in West Edmonton, it would be a bonus if you’re available to help at our Nisku location on occasion, if needed.

Responsibilities
• Assist with lobster roll prep and light food handling
• Restock freezers and coolers with seafood product
• Maintain a clean, organized prep and packing area
• Label, portion, and organize product as needed
• Work closely with the shop lead during busy hours
• Occasionally assist with walk-in customers or pickups
Requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work Fridays and Saturdays (occasional extra days as needed)
• Comfortable with light lifting (boxes, coolers, supplies)
• Able to follow direction and work independently when needed
• Food prep or retail experience is a bonus but not required
• Must be comfortable handling seafood
