Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling customer inquiries
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Upsell products and promote specials to customers
Requirements
• Experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.25-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
