Are you passionate about supporting children with special needs and helping families get the respite they deserve? Kids Without Limits is looking for a Part-Time On-Call Scheduling Assistant to join our team!
About the Role:
As an On-Call Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for respite services, ensuring families and staff have the support they need on weekends. This role is perfect for someone looking for a rewarding, part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule. You will work only on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate schedules for respite services to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff using computer and cellphone for scheduling tasks.
• Ensure staff have the necessary tools and supports to carry out their roles effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and staff schedules in the scheduling system.
• Resolve any schedule conflicts and communicate changes to families and staff as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is an asset.
• Skills: Basic understanding of respite services is required. Comfort with using computers, scheduling tools, and phones is essential.
• Personality: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong communicator who can handle multiple tasks at once.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
