Pay Rate:

Supply: Starting at $21.28/hr + 3.4% statutory holiday + 4% vacation pay

Temporary (after 30 days): $28.37/hr + 3.8% statutory holiday + 4% vacation pay
About the Role:
As an Office Staff member at the TDSB, you’ll play a vital administrative role in supporting school operations, student data management, and parent/community engagement. This position requires multitasking in a fast-paced, highly confidential educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform secretarial and clerical duties in school offices

Deliver front-line customer service to students, families, and community members

Manage data entry, student attendance, and records

Support budgeting and maintain accurate school financial records

Use software tools including MS Office 2010, SAP, Quicken, Publisher, and SmartFind Express

Coordinate administrative processes and prepare reports as needed
Required Qualifications:
-
Community College diploma in Business, HR, or Office Administration
OR High School diploma with multiple years of related experience -
Minimum 2 years’ experience in office/administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (2010)

Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
-
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in a school setting

Must be available for at least 60 working days per school year to remain active on the TDSB roster
