Hiring an Office Admin

Location: Brampton
• **Tagalog speaking preferred***

We are looking to hire an office admin for a company in Brampton. This office admin will be doing data-entry work and assisting in areas needed where additional assistance is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Data entry and word processing
• Prepare invoices and scan documents/copy/printing
• Good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within software programs
• Filing, answering phones and filling in positions during holidays
• Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as well
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Attention to detail as well reliable and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
