Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and making a local impact? Miller Waste Systems is looking for a New Business Development Representative to join our growing Commercial Waste Sales Team in Brampton!

About the Role:
As our New Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new commercial, institutional, and industrial accounts across the Brampton area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll work independently and collaboratively to grow our customer base, educate clients on Miller’s services, and help businesses find smart, sustainable waste solutions.
What You’ll Do:
• Prospect and develop new leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
• Create and present customized proposals to prospective clients
• Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Miller’s full suite of services
• Collaborate with local operational teams to support seamless onboarding and service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a commercial/industrial setting
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️ Self-starter with strong prospecting and time-management abilities
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
✔️ A reliable vehicle for business use
