Responsibilities:
Monitor and observe customers for suspicious activity
Enforce store policy and safety regulations
Respond to customer service inquiries in a professional manner
Investigate instances of theft or fraud
Coordinate with store personnel to ensure the security of the premises
Determine the best methods for security and safety
Perform security checks of employees and customers
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of security systems
Maintain accurate logs of security incidents
Assist in the training of new Loss Prevention Associates
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
