Responsibilities of the Loss Prevention Associate include:
• Monitor activities in the store and identify risks
• Take steps to protect customers and company assets
• Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
• Follow safety and loss prevention protocols
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Report any suspicious activities to the store manager
• Investigate shoplifting incidents and other losses
• Assist in the training of new Loss Prevention Associates
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
