Hey!
Are you a fun, energetic individual looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Do you have a passion for mentorship and paving the way for future innovators? If so, TutorBright is the place for you!
TutorBright is an innovative and dynamic supplemental education company that aims to provide every student with a chance to succeed by developing independent learning skills and boosting confidence. We use a completely customized approach to hand-pick a Tutor-Mentor for every student since everyone needs that perfect fit… and we’re looking to expand our roster of educators! (That means you!)
TutorBright is currently hiring experienced and caring educators to work with students needing in-home support in French. We want our students to feel confident and comfortable with their schoolwork. That starts with a fantastic mentor who also feels confident with the material, and this is where you come in.
What you can expect as a Tutor-Mentor:
• Helping students in a 1:1 setting, working in the comfort of their homes on their homework or our own material.
• Weekly sessions in which you strive to empower students with confidence and long-term skills for success – it’s about WAY more than just academics!
• Part-time work that fits with your schedule – you tell us when you’d like to work!
Qualifications:
• You are working on completing, or have completed a post-secondary program.
• Previous teaching, tutoring or mentorship experience (camp/volunteer experience counts!)
• Flexibility, patience, and superhuman explanation skills.
• A desire to develop your own leadership and mentorship ability, while positively impacting the lives of youth!
If this sounds exciting to you, and you’re ready to commit to mentoring a student for a semester or school year, let us know and send us an original resume in pdf format.
Please note that while we appreciate all applicants, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
We look forward to meeting you!
