Day-to-Day Responsibilities

We seek an Executive Housekeeper to work closely with our General Manager to ensure all aspects of housekeeping and laundry meet our high standards.
Main Responsibilities

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will:
• Manage, coach, and develop a team committed to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Inspect public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen to exceed guest expectations.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and provide support during busy periods.
• Educate team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of housekeeping experience with supervisory training/experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local language(s).
