Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Help train new kitchen staff in food handling techniques and safety protocols.

Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00-$26.55 per hour
