Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver/ Janitor to join our growing janitorial and consumables supply company. As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of cleaning products, paper goods, and other facility supplies to our clients. You’ll also represent the company on the road and at customer sites, so professionalism and a positive attitude are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, transport, and deliver supplies to customer locations safely and efficiently
• Follow delivery schedules and route plans as directed by dispatch/logistics team
• Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and obtain customer signatures as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Assist in arranging and sorting the inventory in the warehouse
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery issues, order discrepancies, or special requests
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
• Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
• Install dispensers and do minor maintenance work
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, hallways, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in commercial cleaning for 4 years
• Experience driving box trucks or cargo vans preferred (CDL not required but a plus)
• Prior delivery or route-driving experience, ideally in B2B or supply distribution
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic understanding of delivery paperwork (invoices, packing slips)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
