About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity to help shape JET’s global courier engagement and loyalty strategy. You’ll advocate for courier communities across regions including Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand—designing initiatives that directly improve onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Product, turning insight into action while championing courier needs at every level.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and roll out courier engagement and loyalty programs

Run courier insight initiatives to inform global strategy

Improve onboarding processes for independent contractor couriers

Support cross-functional projects (e.g., building courier-facing platforms)

Promote best practices for courier touchpoints and service experiences

Coordinate globally while remaining responsive to local needs
