We’re looking for a Business Development Manager in the Oil & Gas industry.

Our client is a nimble, family-owned oilfield services company with a bold edge—small enough to move fast, smart enough to play with the big guys. They specialize in thru-tubing well intervention services that keep oil and gas wells flowing safely and efficiently.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business development across Southern Alberta, building deep relationships with operators, and positioning high-value, technical services.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:

• Hunt for new business opportunities across Calgary and Southern Alberta
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in oil & gas operators
• Develop and present compelling service proposals and quotes
• Manage full sales cycle—from lead generation to RFP/RFQ submission
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver client solutions
• Maintain customer relationships and expand existing accounts
• Use CRM to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics

The successful candidate has:

• 3–10 years of technical sales experience in thru-tubing well intervention services
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Comfort operating independently in a flexible, fast-moving environment
• A go-getter mindset with the hustle to track down opportunities
• Field or downhole tool experience is a strong asset
• Engineering diploma or related technical background is a bonus
