Job Title: Brand Associate
About the Role
As a Brand Associate, you play a key role in bringing our brand to life for customers by delivering exceptional service and fostering brand loyalty. You will use your product knowledge and customer engagement skills to educate, inspire, and assist customers in creating their ideal wardrobe. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will contribute to a best-in-class customer experience across all channels.
What You’ll Do

Treat all customers and colleagues with respect, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment

Promote customer loyalty by educating shoppers about our loyalty programs

Engage proactively with customers to drive sales and enhance service through suggestive selling

Leverage omnichannel tools to enhance the customer experience

Take ownership of personal sales goals and contribute to the store’s overall success

Support various store areas including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace

Handle customer interactions and returns professionally and courteously

Execute store operational processes accurately and efficiently

Physically able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, including lifting up to 30 lbs
