Job Summary
Kaia Naturals Body Care is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and expand our online sales channels. This role involves managing the online store, driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience, and coordinating closely with the warehouse team and digital designer.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and improve conversion rates.

Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Analyze sales metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Utilize Klayvio software for email marketing campaigns and create compelling copy that resonates with customers.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.

Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce analytics tools.

Strong analytical abilities with excellent communication and project management skills.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working collaboratively across teams.
