National is a vibrant new addition to The Well complex, offering a unique mix of retail, restaurants, an arcade, and a bowling alley in the heart of Toronto. We pride ourselves on creating an energetic environment where guests come to eat, drink, and play.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare, mix, pour, garnish, and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

  • Follow all drink recipes and bar standards consistently.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

  • Build and maintain a loyal clientele.

  • Adapt to diverse client and coworker personalities to keep service efficient.

  • Ensure accurate billing and cost control to meet profit goals.

  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of bar surfaces and equipment.

  • Meet drink preparation time guidelines.

  • Assist with table service duties as needed.

  • Help with product ordering and stock freshness.

  • Comply with all health, safety, and liquor laws.

  • Support teammates during busy periods and perform other operational tasks as required.

What You Have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience bartending in a high-volume environment.

  • Valid liquor service certification (e.g., Proserve).

  • Strong English communication and money handling skills.

  • Basic knowledge of dining service procedures and POS systems.

  • Ability to maintain composure under stress.

  • Physical ability to stand for long hours and safely carry heavy trays.

  • Must be 18+ and flexible with scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
