Dollarama Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to join our team.
About the Role

The District Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, including recruiting, developing and retaining a strong team of store managers and employees.

This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute all operational activities of the territory through store managers;
• Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability;
• Recruit, develop and retain a strong team of store managers and employees;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results;
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management position in the retail industry in a multi-unit business ideally;
• Bachelor’s or college degree in a related field is a considerable asset;
• A proven track record of outstanding performance as a Store Manager;
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
