Amenities Coordinator – Front Desk (Part-Time, Student Friendly)

CityPlace Condominium Property Management is seeking a candidate to fill the role of an amenity coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication and time management skills to join our team.

Location: CityPlace, Toronto, Ontario (Fort York & Bathurst)
Shifts: Weekdays / Weekends / Morning / Evening

General duties and responsibilities:
• Assist residents with booking requests, inquiries about the amenities, and proactively address concerns.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Manage reservations and class registrations through the reservation portal.
• Perform thorough pre-inspections and post-inspections for certain amenities.
• Conduct the daily pool and spa maintenance tests. Staff will be trained on how to conduct basic balancing during test hours.
• Conduct regular rounds of the amenities, perform light clean up, and report on matters that may require follow-up from the site supervisor.
• Oversee the proper use of the amenity facilities and ensure its compliance with the company’s procedures, condominium policies and Ontario by-law regulations.
• Liaison between building management, residents, contractors and other staff where necessary.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position requirements:
• Excellent punctuality and time management.
• Customer service oriented – knowing how to communicate with different audiences efficiently.
• Computer literate and knowledge of general office software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and calendar applications is a must.
• General troubleshooting knowledge of electronic media devices.
• Fluent English. Additional languages are always considered a valuable asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week

Flexible language requirement:
• French not required
