1. Job Description
• Review, Evaluate and Implement New Administrative Procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and followed and deadlines are met (Airport Authority and Tim Hortons / Brioche Doree )
• Assist Director / Managers in the preparation of operating budget, ordering and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Prepare report to Head Office and Director (Daily Task
)
• Perform Date Entry for Regina Airport and Head Office
• Oversee and Co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Review and Data Entry for Each Department (Daily Task)
• Supervise report each store manager’s daily / Weekly report with Airport Voucher along with matching Flight Schedule report

2. Requirements

– Secondary school graduation or equivalent degree

– 1-2 years of relevant experience

3. Job Details

– Location: 5201 Regina Avenue, Regina, SK – YQR

– Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent

– Start date: ASAP

– Salary: $28.85 per hour
