About Our Client:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected organization for a Team Lead, Accounts Payable, to oversee AP operations, lead a team, and ensure timely processing and reporting across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of AP professionals.
• Oversee processing of invoices, purchase orders, employee expenses, and EFTs.
• Administer P-Card program and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support month-end close and reconciliation of AP and PO subledgers.
• Develop and implement AP policies and continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive AP leadership experience and hands on AP processing experience
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, and any ERP platforms
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and financial systems.
• Advanced level Excel (pivot tables, VLookUps…etc.)
